The Duke and Duchess range offers you a garage with a distinctive and attractive sloping roof so there’s plenty of design choice available.
All of our double garages are available with a wide range of finishes on the doors, soffits and fascias, from treated wood, white PVC and stunning graphite PVC, to a lovely range of realistic wood-effect PVC finishes. These beautiful, maintenance-free finishes look great and will last for years.
You get a building that looks great and is incredibly strong too. You can specify a single open space inside or can choose to have a dividing wall or walls, splitting the internal area into smaller blocks of space.
As our double garages are so much more affordable than brick garages you can of course choose to make them a bit larger to incorporate a workshop area, a home gym or even a home office.
One important advantage that sectional buildings have over standard brick garages is that they usually do not require planning permission. This can be a big advantage when it comes to the construction of a double garage at your home as you’ll often find that neighbours will object to the construction of a large, permanent building close to their own property. Give us a call and we can tell you if your area requires planning consent for sectional buildings, most don’t.
